Anxiety can be described as a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, symptoms of which can be relatively mild or quite severe. We can all have feelings of anxiety at some point in our lives and situations where we are under a level of pressure such as sitting an exam, or at a job interview, or undergoing a medical test. In these sort of situations, feeling anxious may be perfectly normal.
